Waste is not the end

STACK is a circular material startup transforming textile waste into durable, design-driven materials for the next generation of products.

We believe waste is not the end of a product's journey—it is the beginning of a new one. Through research, experimentation, and material innovation, we give discarded textiles a second life by converting them into high-value panels that can be used for furniture, interior applications, gifts, and future architectural solutions.

Founded in Indonesia, STACK was born from a simple question: What if textile waste could become something people genuinely want? What started as material experimentation has evolved into a mission to reduce waste, create sustainable alternatives, and redefine how society perceives discarded resources.

Our approach combines circular economy principles, design thinking, and material science to develop products that are not only environmentally responsible but also aesthetically appealing and commercially viable.

At STACK, we are building more than materials. We are building a future where waste becomes a resource, sustainability becomes the standard, and innovation creates lasting impact.

Turning Textile Waste Into New Possibilities.

The Genesis

Developing circular surfaces

STACK begins with a simple question: what if discarded textiles could become the foundation of new surface aesthetics and material innovation?

Each year, large volumes of used denim and textile offcuts circulate through informal and industrial waste streams across the world. We intercept this material flow and transform it into composite panels—recycling waste as a raw input for design exploration.

We explore a new visual and material language shaped by fibers, compression, and layering. Every surface carries its own irregular pattern, making each piece distinct, expressive, and unrepeatable.
