We source post-industrial denim and mixed textiles directly from regional manufacturing hubs, diverting massive tonnage from Indonesian landfills.

02 / Matrix Engineering

Fibers are shredded and blended with proprietary bio-binders, forming a dense, high-strength denim-fiber matrix ready for compression.

03 / Thermo-Compression

Under extreme heat and pressure, the matrix solidifies into structural-grade composite panels with calibrated density and exceptional structural integrity.

Our panels undergo rigorous load-bearing and shear testing to meet strict architectural specifications for commercial furniture and interior installations.

We replace toxic urea-formaldehyde glues with advanced bio-binders, ensuring zero off-gassing and maintaining complete circularity at end-of-life.

The natural density of compressed denim fibers provides superior sound absorption, making the panels ideal for high-traffic office environments.

Zero operational waste

Every STACK panel is designed for disassembly. We operate a dedicated take-back program in Jakarta, collecting offcuts and retired installations to shred and re-process them directly back into our manufacturing cycle.
